Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 01: New Delhi

New Delhi is the international airport connected with major cities of the country and the world.On arrival our representative will meet and assist you at the airport. Transfer and check into the hotel. After lunch half day sightseeing of places – Red Fort (closed on Monday), Jama Mosque, Qutab Minar, Humayan’s Tomb, Rajghat (stands as a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi)Etc. Overnight stay at New Delhi .

Day 02: Delhi – Lucknow By flight/Shatabdi Express

Proceed to Sravasti – by road –Journey and overnight stay at Sravasti

Sravasti: The nearest airport is in Lucknow and the railhead is in Balrampur.

Day 03: Sravasti – Lumbini (in Nepal) by road

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Sravasti, the capital of the Ancient Kingdom of Kosola. It was in the Jetvana Garden of this prosperous city that Buddha spent 24 rainy seasons. Here also visit Sri Lanka temple, the Chinese temple, the Thai temple, the Tibetan Buddhist monastery and the Korean temple. After lunch Proceed for Lumbini and overnight stay at Lumbini.Lumbini: The nearest airport is in Bhairawah, Nepal, and Varanasi. The nearest railhead is in Gorakhpur (via Sonauli). Buses ply upto the Indian side of the international border, from where the passengers have to take another bus after crossing the border.

Day 04: Lumbini – Kushinagar by road

After breakfast at the hotel visit Lumbini Grove, the sacred site of Lord Buddha’s birth place and also one of the holiest spots for Buddhists. Some of the major monasteries are Japanese and Chinese Buddhist Monasteries, the Nepal Mahayana Temple and the Mayanmar Golden Temple etc. After lunch proceed to Kushinagar – By road , Overnight stay at Kushinagar. Kushinagar: The nearest airport is in Varanasi and the Railhead is in Gorakhpur . The place is well connected by Road via Gorakhpur with major towns in India.

Day 05: Kushiniagar – Sarnath by road

After breakfast at the hotel visit Kushinagar, where Lord Buddha Attained Mahaparinirvana in his eightieth year. Mahaparinirvana Temple where you can find the reclining statue of Lord Buddha is 6.10 m long ,represents the dying Buddha, and is carved out of single standstone. Besides, Nirvana Chaitya excavated in 1876

 Ramabhar Stupa – the cremation place of Buddha, Matha Kuar Shrine – black statue of Buddha carved Out of one block etc could also be visited. After lunch proceed to Saranath By road Overnight Stay at Saranath.

Sarnath: The nearest airport and the railhead is in Varanasi (10 kms.)

which is also well connected by road with major cities of India.

Day 06: Saranath – Bodhgaya by road

After breakfast at the hotel visit Saranath where Lord Buddha Preached first sermon to his five disciples called the Dharmachakra Pravartana or “Turning of the Wheel of Law”. Also Visit of Chaukhandi and Dhamek Stupas, the Ashokan Pillar etc.

After Lunch proceed to Bodhgaya and in the evening visit Mahabodhi Temple and overnight stay at Bodhgaya.

Bodhgaya: The nearest airport and the railhead is in Gaya (15 kms.)

Bodhgaya is also well connected to all the major cities in the country Road.

Day 07: Bodhgaya- and Excursion to (Rajgir – Nalanda) and back to Bodhgaya.

After early breakfast, proceed for excursion to Rajgir, where many sites of historical and archaeological significance surround the holy city. Here the Gridhakuta Hill was the seat from where Buddha delivered many of his sermons. Japanese

Morning transfer to Bodhgaya airport to board the flight for onwards journey.

Payment Policy

  • For booking, 50% payment must be done in the time of confirmation & rest of the amount must be cleared 10 days before of the tour start date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Received on or before 30days will be charged and remaining money will be refunded  10% processing fee of the total package cost
  • Cancellation before 10 days including the 10th Day - 50% of Refund.
  • Cancellation less than 10 days of arrival OR no show - N0 Refund.
  • All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except in the case of cash payments where the refund is processed through cheque or online transfer.
  • The refund is initiated from our end within 15 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Please note that it may take 5 - 14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is imitated from our end.
  • Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be non-refundable.
