Detailed Day Wise Itinerary
DAY 2: BHUBANESWAR-MANGALAJODI-CHILIKA (120KM / 2HRS)
After breakfast check out from hotel visit Khandagiri & Udayagiri Jain caves, then proceed for Mangalajodi(Birds paradise), en route visit to Olasingh textile village. Drive to Chilika, check in to the hotel. Overnight at Swosti Chilika Resort.
DAY 3: CHILIKA-TAPTAPANI-RAYAGADA (300KM / 6HRS)
After breakfast drive to Rayagada en route visit Taptapani the hot sulpheric spring (the hot water spring bubbling with sulphur content is the prime attraction) & Saura tribal villages. On arrival at Rayagada check in to the hotel. Overnight at Rayagada.
DAY 4: RAYAGADA - CHATIKONA – JEYPORE (230KM / 5HRS)
After breakfast drive down to Chatikona hill to watch the interesting colorful weekly market of Dongriya Kondh Tribes (weekly market commence on Wednesday only). This tribe is one of the most primitive tribes of the Kondhs and they live in the high slopes of the Niyamagiri Hills, then visit to Minapai (the bamboo craft village). Drive to Jeypore. Overnight at hotel in Jeypore
DAY 5: JEYPORE –ONKUDELLI-JEYPORE (150 KMS / 3HRS)
After breakfast drive to Onkadelli market visit famous Bonda tribes & Gadaba tribes. (Weekly market commence on Thursday only) These tribes live on an enchanted hill and are also one of the most primitive tribes who speak a dialect called”Gutap”. After lunch visit Boro Gadaba and the pottery villages. Overnight stay at Jeypore.
DAY 6: JEYPORE –KUNDULI-JEYPORE (150 KMS / 3HRS)
After breakfast, drive to Kunduli to visit the weekly market of Paraja, Rana and Mali tribes (weekly market commence on Friday only). It is the biggest market of the tribal area, then visit to Deomali hill. Back to Jeypore. Overnight at Jeypore.
DAY 7: JEYPORE – RAYAGADA (150KM / 3 HRS)
After breakfast visit to Tribal Museum at Koraput, then drive to Rayagada. On arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight at Rayagada
DAY 8: RAYAGADA – BALIGUDA-DARINGIBADI (220 HRS / 4 HRS)
After breakfast check out from hotel, then drive to Daringibadi via Baliguda en-route enjoy scenic beauty, check in to the hotel. Overnight at Daringibadi.
DAY 9: DARINGIBADI-CHILIKA. (180 KM / 3HRS)
Early morning walk inside the jungle for enjoy scenic beauty. After breakfast check out from hotel then proceed for Chilika, check in to the hotel. After freshen up take the boat cruise to visit migratory birds. Overnight at Swosti Chilika Resort.
DAY 10: CHILIKA – BHUBANESWAR AIRPORT DROP. (120 KM / 2HRS)
After breakfast check out from hotel then drive to Bhubaneswar transfer to the Airport/Railway station for your onwards journey with sweet memories of Odisha.
