Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL – CITY TOUR & SHOPPING (L, D)

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City – the largest city in Vietnam. Upon arrival, welcomed by the local tour guide and transfer to the down town. Departure for city tour at the grand building today is a Museum and Hall of official receptions. Nearby the Palace is the Notre Dame Cathedral (view from outside only), built between 1877 and 1883 and colonial-styled Central Post Office, one of the city’s major landmarks.

Have lunch at Indian restaurant then Check in your hotel.

Afternoon visit the War Remnants Museum, one of the most famous historical attractions in Saigon. Coming to the War Remnants Museum, you can learn a part of how Vietnamese had struggled and fought for their independence, freedom, and peace of the nation and the locals' perspective of the Vietnam War. The exhibits, such as weapons, documents, and photographs, display in the museum are firm evidence of war crimes in Vietnam and speak for the heroic actions of the former Vietnamese generation. We then visit the Reunification Palace, the witness of the fierce Vietnam War ended in 1975.
Later visit Ben Thanh market, a symbol of Saigon. Free for our shopping.

Have dinner and free for your leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 2: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA – MY THO (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel and check out. Head to My Tho, the homeland of coconut and family factories with local products like coconut candy, rice paper, … Upon arrival, embark on the boat cruising on the mighty Mekong River viewing the life to the local people live along the banks. We stop to visit an island in the area, enjoy the fresh tropical fruits served in the heart of the lush garden accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music. Later, embark on other small boats rowed by the local people through the small canals shadowed by water coconut trees to visit the local factories. There you will taste the honey tea and see the local people produce the coconut candy milk and of course you also can try it or stroll in the garden where the locals feed honeybee.
Have lunch at local restaurant then return to Ho Chi Minh city. Later afternoon, shopping at Binh Tay market, Sai Gon square shopping center ….

Have dinner at Indian restaurant. Free for your leisure and shopping. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 3: CU CHI TUNNELS – FLY TO DANANG (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel, check out hotel then tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and after leaving Ho Chi Minh City, we drive about 1,5 hours through the pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi tunnels

Upon arrival, you’ll watch a brief of propaganda video, which explains how the tunnels were used to successfully defeat American military forces in combat.

The tour continues and the guide explains some traps that were placed in the jungles of Viet Nam to either maim American soldiers or create panic amongst the ranks.

From here, you can enter one of the tunnel entrances and crawl through the tunnels is a real experience to imagine how people could live there for an extended period! There is a shooting range where you can try to fire an automatic or semi-automatic weapon for a fee (this fee is not included)

Take some rest at the end for a taste of Cu Chi boiled tapioca and thinking what humans are capable of when having to defend their home. 

We drive back to Ho Chi Minh city head to Ho Chi Minh domestic airport take your domestic flight to Danang city. Once arrival in Danang city, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour guide to transfer to your hotel to check-in.

Have dinner at Indian restaurant and free for your leisure and overnight in Da Nang city.

Day 4: DA NANG – BA NA HILLS (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel, tour guide pick up at your hotel transfer to Ba Na Hills, one of the most spectacular landscapes of Da Nang City. You will take a cable car to the summit of mountain (at 1487m of sea level). Start visiting Ba Na Hills with many different attractions: Funicular, Debay ancient wine cellar & Le Jardin D’Amour, Linh Ung pagoda, Thich Ca Buddist statue, etc.

This afternoon you continue to join activities and games in Fantasy Park. Later walk to the summit of the mountain at the height 1487m – the highest one of Ba Na Mountain, visit Bell Tower, Nghinh Phong tower and Golden Bridge, to take beautiful photos of the mountain and Da Nang city. Later afternoon, taking the cable car back to foothill. Transfer back to Da Nang.

Have dinner at Indian restaurant then free for shopping and free for your leisure. Overnight in Da Nang city.

Day 5: DA NANG – MARBLE MOUNTAINS – AM PHU CAVE – MONKEY MOUTAINS – FLY TO HANOI (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel, tour guide pick you up at hotel departure for tour visit Marble Mountain.

8.30 am: Arrive in Marble Mountains and stop for a walk along the site to see local factories of stone sculptures - the most impressive handicrafts village in Da Nang.

9.00-10.30 am: check in the Marble Mountains by elevator up to mountain. Here we will see beautiful pagodas which were built from 19th century by the last dynasty of Viet Nam

monarchy, visit Huyền Không and Tàng Chơn caves.

10.30-11.00 am: Keep going to see the biggest fascinated cave named as Âm Phủ. You will learn interesting philosophies of Buddhism and take photos with amazing natural creation.

11.00 am: Have lunch at the Indian restaurant with local and authentic Vietnamese cuisines.

Day 6: HA NOI – HA LONG BAY – Overnight on Board (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotel, check out hotel then departure for Ha Long Bay is around 8:30 am (it takes about 3 hours) from your hotel to Ha Long bay. Arrive at the port around noon. Welcomed on board, you are taken to your cabin before the trip briefing. You enjoy a fresh and local Veg lunch while cruising to explore the magic Ha Long Bay. Stop for a swim and visit the mysterious cave. Relax at our secluded island-beach or explore by kayak. Later you return back to the boat just in time to watch the beautiful sunset from the top deck before enjoying the bay’s freshest seafood dinner.

Overnight on board.

Day 7: HA LONG – HA NOI (B, Br, D)
You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the "East Sea" by a point-oriented name "Eastern Sea", so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay. After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman’s head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet etc. Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise coming back the pier. Disembark from the cruise, the cruise’s shuttle bus transfer back to Hanoi.

Have dinner at Indian restaurant and free for your leisure and overnight in Da Nang city.

DAY 8: HANOI DEPARTURE (B)

You are free to relax until being transferred to the airport for your departure flight. The room is at your disposal until noontime. Meals on your own. End of service.

Welcomed on board, you are taken to your cabin before the trip briefing. You enjoy a fresh and local Veg lunch while cruising to explore the magic Ha Long Bay. Stop for a swim and visit the mysterious cave. Relax at our secluded island-beach or explore by kayak. Later you return back to the boat just in time to watch the beautiful sunset from the top deck before enjoying the bay’s freshest seafood dinner.
