This Payment Policy has been structured based on commonly adopted practices across travel, tour, transport, and cab service providers in India, including tour operators, chauffeur-driven transport companies, and travel package providers.

100% Payment required to confirm the booking.

Pricing & Additional Charges

Quoted prices are subject to applicable GST and government taxes.
Toll charges, parking fees, state taxes, permit charges, driver allowances, and additional route charges may apply unless specifically included.
Bank transfer charges, foreign remittance fees, and payment gateway charges, if any, are borne by the customer.

Cab & Transport Service Payment Terms

Local, airport transfer, outstation, and chauffeur-driven bookings require 100% payment for confirmation.
Multi-day cab packages may require higher advance commitments.
Any extension of route, duration, waiting time, extra kilometers, or itinerary changes requested by the customer will be billed additionally.

Refundable & Non-Refundable Payments

Refund eligibility is governed by Swosti Travels' Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Payment gateway, bank processing, and transaction charges remain non-refundable.

Payment Security & Verification

Customers must ensure payments are made only through officially authorized Swosti Travels payment channels.
Swosti Travels may request payment verification or identity confirmation for selected transactions to ensure payment security and fraud prevention.
