Day-2: Kolkata Heritage walks, Pareshnath jain temple, kumartuli, BBD Bagh, Tram ride and dinner at Bengali restaurant.

Day-3:Drive to Barhampur via textile villages like shantipur, phulia for silk and cotton sarts, jacquard, and jamdani.

Day-4: visit silk trade production cooperative. Afternoon tour of Murshidabad – Hazarduari, katra mosque, shola pith carving.

Day wise Itinerary Tour West Bengal Shaktipeeth 4 Night 5 Days

Day 01: Kolkata Airport / Rly. Station – Hotel – Shaktipeeth Temple Visit [It is advisable to arrive Kolkata by early morning flight/train to start your Shaktipeeth tour]Meet & Greet on arrival at Airport / Railway Station, visit (1) Kalighat Temple Shaktipeeth – at Kolkata & after that transfer to hotel. Check-in to hotel & after freshen up proceed for (2) ( travel time 2 hrs ) Vibhash Shaktipeeth – which is at Tamluk (Under District Midnapore), back to hotel at Kolkata.( – travel time 2 hrs) Overnight stay at Kolkata.

Day 03: Shantiniketan – Shaktipeeth Temple Visit – Tarapith Stay Early morning after breakfast check out from hotel at Shantiniketan & visit (7) ( travel time 1hrs) Kankalitala Shaktipeeth – which is at Birbhum District, after that visit (8) Attahas Shaktipeeth – which is at Birbhum District, after that visit (9) Bakreswar Shaktipeeth – at Birbhum District and (10) Sainthia Shaktipeeth – at Birbhum District. After that transfer to Tarapith ( travel time 2 hrs ). Overnight stay at Tarapith.

Day 04: Tarapith – Shaktipeeth Temple Kolkata Early morning after breakfast check out from hotel at Tarapith & visit (11) Nalateshwari Temple Shaktipeeth – Night halt in Kolkata

Day 05: Kolkata Local Sightseeing – Drop at Airport Post breakfast visit Dakshineshwar Kali Temple , Belur Mutt , Shopping and drop at Kolkata Airport by late evening for onward journey

Departure From Kolkata at 6 am. Upon reaching Shantiniketan visit the famous Kala Bhavan, Visva-Bharati, Rabindra Bhaban Museum, Shantiniketan Griha, Path Bhavan, Uttarayan complex, Upasana Griha, Chhatimtala, and more where Rabindranath Tagore has resided and other places inside the University. Offer prayer at the Prayer Spot (spot underneath a chatim tree) and Upasana Mandir and then Return back to Kolkata .

Day 3 : Kolkata Local Sightseeing

After breakfast in the morning, we will leave for the complete day city tour of Kolkata and visit High Court Building, Oldest Catholic Church in Calcutta, Howrah bridge, Vidyasagar setu, National Museum, Victoria Memorial, Kali Mandir, etc. Thereafter, we will return back to the hotel for dinner followed by an overnight stay.

 Day 4 : Full Day Excursion Trip to Gangasagar

Early in the morning after tea, we will leave for a full day excursion to Gangasagar where the Ganga drains into the sea. It is considered to be of great religious significant & explore the Kapileshwar Muni Ashram- it is one Punya Tirtha among five Punya Dhams. Later return back to Kolkata in the evening.

Day 5: Kolkata Departure:

The morning is free for packing and personal activities. Later check out from the hotel & get transfered to the Kolkata Airport/ Hwh Railway station to catch the flight for board the train for onward destination.

Today, early in the morning we will departure from Kolkata & reach the largest Litoral Mangrove belt in the world. It is a nature interpretation centre where one can gather experience about the different species & projects on Sunderban. We will also visit crocodile projects. Full day excursion inside the forest to search the world famous Royal Bengal tiger & crocodile. Departure by boat to Sajnekhali Tiger Projest, area for viewing wildlife, sajnekhali Museum, Mangrove Interpretation Centre & Watch Tower. An overnight saty at the hotel/resort in Sunderban.

Day 4 : Sundarbnan

Today in the morning after breakfast, we will take an onward journey to Dobanki Forest Reserve & various islands & creeks. A thrilling boat cruise inside creeks and dense forest through numerous rivers while visiting Dobanki Watch Tower where the canopy walk inside the forest sends chills down your body (experience the life in which caged animals live in, while getting an all around view of the forest). Also, we will visit the spotted Deer Rehabilitation centre. Thereafter, we will cruise through Matla – Sea face (the point from where the Bay of Bengal can be seen)- Cruising back the 5 river junction to Pitchkhali. Later return back to the resort for Lunch. In the evening, we will =promenade around the neighboring villages to interact with the local community at a typical Sunderban settlement their local art, Culture & Way of life (how man & tiger coexist in such a difficult terrain. Day 5 : Sundarban – Transfer to Kolkata
